Blessings and welcome! Thank you for coming by to share your Light. It has been a remarkable week and one of incredible learning for me. Many of us are feeling the effects of the mercury retrograde, which should begin to change with the full moon on January 26.  A lot of clearing has been going on, as old things that no longer serve our highest and greatest good are being shown to us, leaving us with the option of remaining in place or letting go.

Personally, I have been floored on several occasions this last few weeks at the insights that I've been granted and not all have come in a pleasant way. But they were necessary and I was not in a position of sufficient strength to act on them until recently. It continues to amaze me at how active Spirit is in our lives and makes Its presence known in so many ways.

If times have been rough lately, know that it is only temporary. As a race, we have reached the critical mass needed to progress towards the historic change we have anticipated for so long. Keep the lines of communication open with your guides and take every opportunity to spend time with other spiritually-oriented people. Spirit Communication Tool

This tool was one I have used as a training aid in my own mediumship skills development that took some effort but was well worth it. It isn't physically difficult; the difficulty comes from learning to trust and it is designed specifically for that. It proved quite reliable but is very contingent on trusting our guides, not always an easy task. Below are the simple steps to follow that I used, when learning the mechanics of this valauble tool. It was actually an excellent primer when it came time to purchase my first deck of oracle cards because it attuned my mind and thinking in a way that was conducive to receiving the messages from my own guides.

Tools needed: A dictionary or preferably a large sized thesaurus.

Step 1: Place the book on a table in fornt of you. Close your eyes, complete three complete breathing cycles to ground and center yourself.

Step 2: Aloud or in your mind, tell your guides that you are ready to work with them and need guidance with a problem or an answer to a question. Use your own wording and explain the overall problem (you can be as detailed as you want; this aspect helps to ensure that what you need help with is clear in your own mind) and request a specific sign to indicate they are nearby and ready to work with you. This isn't strictly necessary but you can let them know that you would like a very specific sign. For example, whenever I began work with my doctor teacher guide named Arabelle, I would request that she send a very distinct burst of energy to the baby finger of my right hand. It wasn't a strong pulse but just enough that I would recognise it.

Step 3: With eyes stilll closed, pose your question aloud and then rub hands vigorously together several times (at least 7) and run the fingertips of one hand slowly down or up the side opposite the binding. You will feel a small opening in the pages there and then simply open the thesaurus up.

Step 4:  Eyes still closed, and with fingers splayed (so all of the columns are being touched) draw your hands slowly downwards. You will feel something unusual at some point. When you do, stop and open your eyes. Examine all of the words (if you're using a thesaurus) and try to ascertain how they might refer to your query.

That's the entire process. It sounds ridiculously simple and you may be skeptical until you try it. I was but repeated use of this technique produced some truly incredible responses.

Final Points:

a) You can use a dictionary but I found a thesaurus to be much better because it provided a larger sampling of words.

b) This is a mediumship skill that proved to be an excellent training aid when I finally did get my first deck of oracle cards and began to do readings for myself and friends. With some practice, you'll begin to understand how your guides work at supplying you with information and it does take some persistance on your part. It is tempting to give up after a few tries but if you do wish to establish contact and receive answers from your guides, push yourself to continue.

c) Don't be discouraged if the word you stopped on doesn't make sense initially. Simply write it down on a piece of paper and make a second inquiry requesting that they provide some clarifiaction. Repeat the process again and add it the first word. Sometimes it takes nmore than one word to provide the answer you seek.    

d) Don't overdo it the first few times. You may feel like you want to spend a fair amount of time at first but take this process slowly. It is a form of communication with entities who sole purpose is to assist you on your journey and they have incredible patience. I would suggest a maximum of 15 minutes initially and then you can slowly increase your sessions.

e) Always, always, always express gratitude for their help when you finish your session. It is exceptionally helpful, as well, to take some time before you begin and ensure you are very clear as to what questions you want to ask them.

Last, but certainly not least, have patiendce with yourself. You are learning a new skill and it may take a few sessions before you are able to begin to understand the results. The word may become pronounced by a ripple or small bubble on the page, a tingle on your fingertip or simply a "knowing"on your part. As with anything else, it is never wrong to request that they assist you with this aspect. Remember this is communication so don't be shy to ask if yuor selection is correct. As for the communication method itself, prime time to do this is just prior to going to bed. Very often, we recieve instructions and insights though our dreams.

Lord Raziel

Lord Raziel is a cherubim and ranked as the special patron to the first human. Like Sariel he is also an angel of knowledge. He is the giver of divine mysteries.

 

This angel is the the legendary author of The Book of the Angel Raziel "wherein all celestial and earthly knowledge is set down." The Book of the Angel Raziel is reputed to contain the 1,500 keys to the mysteries of the universe. Unfortunately, they are written in a language so arcane and impossible to decifer (without presumably the aid of Raziel himself) that not even the greatest angels of heaven are able to figure it out.

 

Raziel, called the angel of mysteries, is the possessor of a staggering amount of information on all matters secret, arcane, and mysterious; his knowledge stems from the fact that he stands at the curtain separating God from the rest of Creation and hears and notes everything that is said around His throne. He supposedly wrote it all down, and because of his pity for the plight of Adam and Eve, gave the book to Adam that he might better understand God. This did not go over well with some of the other angels, and they stole the book from Adam and threw it into the sea. God, instead of punishing Raziel, retrieved the book and returned it to Adam.

'The Numbers Lady' Glynis McCants predicts the future of Obama's presidency

That's ok, i'm not around much, myself. To be honest, i keep thinking it's a little pointless? Eheh.

Well, that is, i've finally got my own bedroom, so that's a bit of a move. Up into the attic. And Canada in my current obsession is a dear; he, UK, US, & Lithuania are currently my favorite characters. (Oh, no, what do i do if some Celine Dion songs are my guilty listening things? Ack, ack.)
